If you or a loved one is undergoing treatment for a serious illness, addiction, trauma, chronic pain, depression or PTSD, you owe it to yourself to seriously consider adding sound healing (sound therapy) to your therapeutic regimen.
The benefits of sound healing go far beyond relaxation, reaching into our physical bodies via sound waves to bring on, and invite healing to happen. Sometimes we need emotional healing, such as from past traumas and the underlying factors which often cause addiction. Other times we need physical healing, such as in instances while undergoing cancer treatment and accident recovery, and there is often a combination of both. We are complex beings. We are human, but we have an extremely complex energetic network within us, and it is all frequency.
It’s all about frequency.
Everything operates at its own frequency, it’s own vibrational pattern, and emits a particular frequency.
For those of you who may be rolling your eyes, let me bring your attention to a particular phenomenon called the “Schumann Resonance”. This is the natural vibrational frequency of our planet Earth. This is the current between the ground and the ionosphere. It is VERY important to us humans. Back in the early days of space exploration, the astronauts’ physical health took a serious toll while on missions, away from Earth’s Schumann Resonance. They then installed “pulsed electromagnetic field devices”, which are basically Schumann Resonance simulators, into space shuttles. This made the problems they were experiencing go away.
Can we hear this frequency? No.
Does it provide healing? Yes. It does more than that. We’d be suffering without it.
The human ear can hear between (roughly) 20 Hz-20 kHz. The Schumann Resonance usually hangs out right around 7.83 Hz.
Just because we cannot hear a specific frequency, does not mean it can not provide you the healing your body longs for energetically. In my case, I work quite a bit with tuning forks. Many can be heard, others you cannot hear, but they still emit powerful vibrational frequencies.
The tools used in sound healing vibrate at their own individual frequencies (I include the voice in this mix of tools). Depending on the sound healing practitioner you go to, the tools may vary.
In my case at Human Soundcheck, I mainly use tuning forks with the addition of singing bowls. In a healing session, I use my own focused intention, along with the client’s own healing intention. The tools’ vibrations travel through the energetic field, and into the physical body.
The frequencies act to bring order to areas which are in dis-ease.
The body knows where a specific frequency is beneficial. It will respond by allowing it to deliver healing to the areas of focus (and often other areas of the body simultaneously).
So, why then, if you are already being treated for a disease such as cancer, or depression, PTSD, trauma, or chronic pain, (and many other diseases and illnesses) am I telling you to give sound healing a try? Because, as a complimentary therapy it can most certainly be beneficial.
When we put these healing frequencies into the body, they work to transmute blockages and disturbances. When sound is directly projected to an area of the body, it makes space for healing to happen! We have seen this in modern allopathic medicine.
Additionally, the frequencies used in vibrational healing work to bring the body out of discomfort, into a sense of ease. Earlier I noted that everything operates at its own frequency. This includes the medication you take, the supplements you feed your body, and even the food you eat.
This therapy can be an amplifier for the healing work you have been doing in therapy for PTSD, depression and anxiety. It can grant you the responsiveness required of your body by other vibrational therapies used in the areas of cancer treatment, for example. Sound therapy may prove useful in your body’s receptivity to the medication you are taking. No matter what, vibrational healing delivers the body healing frequencies, and the body wants them.
If you are interested in a sound healing session with me, I do offer distance sessions via Zoom, or in-person ones in Louisville, KY. You can book your session by clicking on the “book your appointment” button on the website, https://humansoundcheck.com or feel free to email me at jamie@humansoundcheck.com with any questions you have.
Take good care friends!
